Believe In You…
was born in the early days of my journey as a first-time mama.
What began as a fitness accountability community has since evolved into a sacred space for growth, healing, and self-discovery — a sanctuary where people can explore the practices, tools, and spiritual guidance that have transformed my life and continue to support me every day.
Today, Believe in You is a space for people to remember their power, trust themselves fully, and take aligned action toward the life they truly desire. My mission is to empower people by sharing my real, lived experiences — with honesty, depth, and vulnerability — and by offering the supportive practices and soul-led tools that have guided my path.
Through this space, I hope to inspire you to reconnect with yourself, believe in your dreams, and come home to the truth of who you are.
Laurie Greenlay
I’m the youngest of four girls, a true Libra at heart, and a 6/2 Manifesting Generator here to follow what lights me up and guide others to do the same.
Over the years, I’ve deepened into embodiment — learning to listen to my body, move with my cycle, and honor the natural rhythms that guide me.
My days are shaped by devotion: to my sacred practices, my family, my community, my business and the ever-evolving journey of remembering who I truly am.
I’m passionate about movement, energy work, voice expression, Kundalini kriyas, breathwork, movement and connecting with the Akasha and my spirit team.
You’ll often find me grounding in nature, interacting with my oracle cards, diving deeper into one of my passions, playing with my kids, having in-depth conversations with my partner or quietly sipping tea in the early morning light.
As a Manifesting Generator, I flow with curiosity and expansion — and I’m always honoring the call of what feels most aligned in the moment.
