These terms cover Believe In You content and offerings, including readings shared in Instagram and Facebook reels, free readings in the Believe In You Facebook community, website content, products, sessions, and workshops. Readings are for entertainment, reflection, and personal growth. Please read the terms & conditions below before engaging with a reading or booking an offering.

Scope of Practice & Entertainment Disclaimer

All intuitive readings, Akashic Records consultations, and meditative insights provided by Believe In You are for entertainment, personal growth, and spiritual exploration purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or psychiatric advice. The owner of Believe In You is not a doctor, licensed healthcare practitioner, or mental health therapist.

Physical & Somatic Activity Risks

You understand that Kundalini yoga involves active physical movement and intense breathwork, and EFT involves somatic tapping. You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate. If you have a history of heart conditions, high blood pressure, severe psychological disorders, or are currently pregnant, you agree to consult your physician before participating.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

You voluntarily assume all physical, emotional, and energetic risks associated with these sessions. You explicitly waive, release, and discharge Believe In You and its practitioners from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands for personal injury, emotional distress, or psychological harm arising from your participation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We value your time and ask that you value ours.

Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel your 1:1 session, you must give at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled without a new booking fee.

Refunds: All sales for digital products, workshops, and completed 1:1 sessions are final and non-refundable.

Personal Responsibility & Free Will

You retain complete free will. Any life choices, emotional processing, or decisions you make following a session or a reading are entirely your own responsibility. You confirm you are 18 years of age or older.
