Join me for a cozy, heart-led virtual Soul Circle—a sacred space to connect, slow down, and come back home to yourself.
We’ll begin by arriving together and tuning in, with space to ground and say an optional hello. From there, we move through a guided Kundalini flow & kriya, followed by meditation, journaling, and optional oracle cards.
There is always space for optional sharing, and just as much space for quiet reflection.
We’ll close by integrating and gently coming back into your day, feeling more connected to yourself and supported in community.
