Our Intention

This is a strictly alcohol-free wellness weekend dedicated to nervous system restoration, presence, and genuine connection. We are here to co-create a grounded, respectful, and supportive environment for everyone.

Personal Responsibility & Respect for Space

We fully respect that some guests may choose to engage in personal wellness practices in their own time. Any such choices are entirely self-directed and outside of scheduled programming, group activities, and shared retreat spaces.

To honour our venue at the Prestige Hotels & Resorts, and to comply with all applicable laws in British Columbia, guests are responsible for following all hotel policies and ensuring their choices do not impact shared indoor environments or other participants. Any fines or fees accrued from not following these regulations will be the sole financial responsibility of the guest.

What is Included in Your Sacred Reset Retreat:

• Two nights of premium boutique accommodations in a shared double room at the Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort. (If you’d like to know your roommate, invite your friend, sister, mom, daughter, someone you’d want to experience this with, and let me know you’d like to room together.)

• Your complete, premium Believe in You Welcome Kit

• All five pre-set, non-alcoholic group meals at the hotel restaurant (Includes one signature mocktail or specialty beverage per meal; Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast & snacks in the suite — any additional food or drinks will be paid for by the guest.)

• On-site café gold wristbands for your morning coffee and tea rituals.

• A 30-minute afternoon spa treatment at the New Wellness Energy Spa.

• Full access to Morning Sadhana, the Akashic Group Healing Session and Our Evening Sacred Circle Ceremony.

• Full resort amenity access, including the indoor pool and hot tub.

• Two live virtual connection circles on Zoom in September/October to meet your fellow retreat attendees and fully prepare for the weekend.

• One 1:1 Connection Call with me to connect individually, touch base, and begin anchoring your personal intentions for our time together.

For our Saturday night Salt Bowl Ceremony, please bring one small, completely dry natural item (like an autumn leaf, pinecone, or your favourite herbs) OR a favorite essential oil. We will mix our offerings into the collective bowl to anchor our manifestations together!

Payment & Booking Terms:

• Pay In Full Today: Fully secure your spot in our intimate circle of 10 today by completing your purchase of $1,111 CAD.

• Prefer a Payment Plan? If you would rather secure your space with a $211 CAD non-refundable deposit and pay the rest at your own pace, please head back to our online store and select the “Retreat — $211 Deposit” offering.

• How to Pay a Balance: If you utilize the deposit option, your remaining $900 CAD balance can be paid via Interac E-Transfer to be******************@***il.com or by purchasing our $100 “Retreat Instalment Payment” blocks in the online store before the deadline of September 15, 2026.

• Final Balance Deadline: To ensure our hotel rooms, restaurant menus, and spa bookings are fully locked in with the resort, all retreat balances must be completed by September 15, 2026.

Because these financial commitments are securely made to the hotel in advance, no refunds of any amounts paid (including deposits and installment blocks) can be issued as of September 15, 2026, even if you are unable to complete your payments or attend the weekend. Agreement of Terms:

By purchasing your deposit or full ticket, you explicitly agree to our retreat community guidelines (including our strictly alcohol-free environment) and these specific payment and cancellation terms, which supersede our standard website refund policies.
